I still remember checking the Capitals website on Thanksgiving and seeing that Hanlon was fired and Boudreau was the new coach. At the time, I was relieved that Hanlon was gone (the team had only won 6 games so far) and excited for Boudreau. During his 4 yrs as a coach Boudreau did a lot for this team and brought hockey back to DC. I can’t say that I am surprised that Boudreau was fired, I was expecting it, and I felt like it was necessary. Still, I am a little sad b/c I really did respect him as a coach and an individual. I wish the best for Bruce and his family. I hope that he continues to be successful in whatever comes next for him.
Also, I seen some car that had a bumper sticker that read, “You can’t be both catholic and pro-choice.”
I was just like, YES, YOU CAN!
I was sitting at a red light just listening to Rihanna when I noticed the car next to me out of the corner of my eye. The guy in the back seat pulled down his window and my immediate thought was, “he is going to blow my brains out!” Obviously, I have been watching to much Sons Of Anarchy and it has left me paranoid. Anyway, I look over and this guy says, “whatsup” and gives me the head nod. I turned my head and it took everything in me to not burst out laughing. It was just really strange, I’ve never had anything like that happen to me before.

I need to seem them in D.C.
I just seen on the news that some 18 yr old kid is mayor of his town in Iowa. My mind immediately jumped to Ben Wyatt on Parks & Rec.
“Yates told Variety that he is developing the first film, which will introduce the space-traveling Time Lord and his iconic red telephone booth time machine to those not already familiar with the global hit TV series”
This is going to be a disaster.
